保育士資格・幼稚園二種免許所有。シンガポール保健省MCYS、教育省MOE及びECDA教員登録経験有り。

■経歴
大手教育企業のバイリンガル幼児教育事業本部の第一線で活躍、新園開園では園施設の設計施工の段階から、開園準備や開園後のマネジメントまでを経験している。
また、園長以下教職員や外国人スタッフの採用・研修・OJTなどの教職員指導、施設内什器備品類や入園児用備品の選定や発注、バスルートの設定、市区町村など関係機関とのやり取り、園児募集プロモーションに至るまで、幅広く携わり、プレイングマネージャーとしての実績を豊富に持つ。
新規開園の実績としては、シンガポールに2園、日本で6園。
教諭経験としては、日本及びシンガポールの幼稚園、インターナショナルスクール（IB含む）など、幼児教育施設において20年以上の現場経験がある。

幼児教育や保育の現場を知り尽くした経験値を元に、幼児教育施設運営のマネジメントコンサルを手掛けている。
2025年3月まで認可保育園及び児童発達支援センター・放課後デイサービスを運営している社会福祉法人の法人本部にて経営企画部長として勤務した後、2025年4月GEC幼児教育コンサルティングを株式会社に法人化する。
自身も2児の母として、2人の子どもを完全な日英のネイティブスピーカーのバイリンガルに育て上げた育児経験を持つ日英のバイリンガルである。

Kiyoe has worked in the front lines of a bilingual early childhood education company, from the design and construction of new preschool facilities to the preparation and post-opening management of new preschools.
She has extensive experience as a playing manager in a wide range of areas, including hiring, training, and on-the-job training of the headmaster, teaching staff, and foreign staff; selecting and ordering furniture, fixtures, and equipment for the facility and for children; setting up bus routes; communicating with municipalities and other related organizations; and promoting the recruitment of children. She has a wealth of experience as a playing manager.
She has experience in opening two new kindergartens in Singapore and five in Japan. She has more than 20 years of experience as a teacher in early childhood education facilities (including IB) in Japan and Singapore.
Based on her extensive experience in the field of early childhood education and care, she provides management consulting services for early childhood education facilities.
As a mother of two children herself, she has experience in raising two children to be fully bilingual, native speakers of Japanese and English. Including herself, all four members of the family are bilingual in Japanese and English.
